Or actually, we don’t really, but sort of. Facebook is a good way to communicate with a lot of people at the same time.

As from today we will no longer update daily rake stats for PlayersOnly in your RakeBrain account. Instead you will find daily updated rake stats in the PlayersOnly poker client. You can find this under My Account/Stats.
We will update your RakeBrain member account with a monthly final rake stats report.
The reason for this is that we’ve found discrepancies between the daily reports we get from PlayersOnly and the rakeback paid.
This will not, and has never affected the actual rakeback payments, it is merely the stats in the RakeBrain member account that has been a bit different from the rakeback paid.

Some of you might have noticed that the referral page is currently down and you only get a blank page when trying to access it. We would like everyone know we are aware of the issue and are currently working on it.
If you are having trouble signing up and also get a blank page it is also linked to this issue as you are probably trying to register with a referral ID. At the moment please leave the referral ID box empty and send us an email at support@rakebrain.com once you have completed your registration so we can set who referred you manually.
We would like everyone to know this does not affect your actual referral stats in any negative way. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and we’re working to get it resolved asap.

If you are a Cake Poker player, please keep in mind that we are not able to track your Cake Poker rake stats if you change your screen name.
If you do want to change your screen name, or have already changed it from when signing up, please let us know by contacting the support. We will then update your screen name in our database and be able to track your rake stats again.
Being unable to track your rake stats is merely a problem for our database to match your user name in the poker room stats. You will never loose any rakeback - but you will not be able to see your stats in the RakeBrain member area.

Due to a recent change in the way the Boss network reports their stats on their affiliate site we have been unable to post any rake updates or set any new players to active for the last few days. We would like our members to know that we are working on this issue at the moment and hope to have it resolved as soon as possible.
Keep in mind that your actual rake will not be affected and you are still accumulating rake as you play. The only difference at the moment is that you will not see any rake updates until the issue is resolved. For new players that are waiting on confirmation that their accounts are correctly tracked we apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

Terms & Conditions
1. The Mad May Rake Race starts 19th of May, 2008 at 00.01 CET and ends 25th of May, 2008 at 23.59 CET. Only hands and rake during this period will count towards the competition.
2. Top 30 players at the end of the competition win a cash prize. All prizes will be paid as cash to winners’ BetOnBet account no later than Friday 30th, 2008.
3. The leaderboard and final results presented at www.BetOnBet.com are undisputable and final.
4. Any player found to be involved in fraudulent activity will lose their points or prizes and be banned from further participation in the promotion.
5. Points are calculated based on rake ($1 = 1 point) and raked hands (1 raked hand = 1 point). A hand is considered a raked hand when a player is dealt cards in a hand and the pot is raked a minimum of $0.25.
6. Last day for registration is 23rd of May at 23.59 CET. If you sign up after 19th of May, you will still get points earned since May 19th, but do not have the right to qualify for bonus points for days passed.
7. Top 30 players every day will each get additional bonus points according to the following structure:
Weekday bonus points (Monday 19th - Thursday 22nd):
1st place = 1000 points, 2nd-3rd place = 700 points, 4th-5th place = 500 points, 6th-10th place = 400 points, 11th-20th place = 300 points, 21st-30th place = 200 points
Weekend bonus points (Friday 23rd - Sunday 25th):
1st place = 2000 points, 2nd-3rd place = 1500 points, 4th-5th place = 1000 points, 6th-10th place = 800 points, 11th-20th place = 600 points, 21st-30th place = 400 points
